SKI AND BIKEPARK, IN “LA PINILLA” SKI RESORT

At 28 km. from Ayllón, the ski resort “La Pinilla” has the usual services for this type of centers, public services, two bars, a cafeteria, a restaurant, information office, lockers, rentals, a hotel, a hostel, three ski and snow-board schools... but you can also make excursions to areas of interest, such as the southernmost beech forest in Europe. In addition, in spring and summer, La Pinilla adapts part of its slopes for cycling disciplines, such as downhill or enduro, becoming a Bikepark during those hot months, with slopes for all levels.

RESERVOIR OF LINARES

The Riaza river widens its waters at the height of Maderuelo, 15 km. from Ayllón, forming the Linares reservoir, a reservoir surrounded by history, showing us on its left bank the Villa de Maderuelo.

Under the waters are the town of Linares and a Roman bridge that emerges in front of the Vera Cruz Chapel, now guarded by the flight of griffon vultures from the nearby Reserve of Birds of Prey of the Natural Space of the Sickles of the Riaza.

THE HOCES DEL DURATÓN

This Natural Park is located 57 km from Ayllon, where you can enjoy a tour of calm waters, in one of the reserve areas of the park, and visit picturesque and historical places in a canyon where the walls are over 100m high and with one of the largest populations of griffon vultures in Europe.

HORSE RIDING ROUTES IN RIAZA

At 18 Km. from Ayllón, you can practice rides, excursions and routes on horseback, suitable for all types of riders, even beginners or children. It is also possible to enjoy thematic routes such as the “moon route”, “transhumance route”, “Duratón route”, “snow route” or “mountain route”.

MULTI-ADVENTURE IN LEISURE CENTER

Nestled in the countryside and close to the Segovian town of Fresno de la Fuente, is the Luis Miguel Leisure Center, where you can enjoy a karting circuit of more than 900 meters, quad routes and Paintball team competitions, accompanied by specialized staff.
